Send a correction
Tell us the page you were reading and the sentence that seems wrong. A link to the source that says otherwise is the most useful thing you can add. Valid corrections are fixed and the page date is updated.
Ask about a guide
If a step did not match what your phone shows, say which phone and which software version. If you are asking about a call, describe what you heard, and leave out a stranger's full number, since we do not need it.
Make a privacy request
To delete a contact message or ask what we hold, choose the privacy topic in the form and tell us the email address you wrote from. Server log entries only live for about a week.
What we cannot do
We cannot identify who owns a phone number, trace a call, block calls for you, give legal advice or recover money lost to a scam. For a scam, call your bank or card company on the number printed on the card and file a report at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
