Privacy Policy

Updated

Last updated: 2026-10-06. This policy covers RoboReport (autodialreportnow.com). It is short because the site collects very little, and where it says something specific, that is how the site works. The table comes first, and the sections below explain each row and the rights you have.

What we keep, why, and for how long

WhatWhy we have itHow long
Web server log entries: IP address, browser user-agent, the address requested (for the lookup, this includes the number typed), time and response statusKeeping the site running, and looking into errors or abuse. Never used to profile you.About a week. Logs are rotated and deleted, typically in five to seven days.
A number typed into the lookupTo read the area code and show the result for that one request. Not stored in a database. It appears in the log entry above, so the log rules apply.
Contact form message: name, email, text, time, and a hash of your IP addressTo read your message and reply, and to limit repeated sending.Saved in a file and deleted 12 months after we reply, or sooner if you ask.
Accounts, cookies, analytics, advertising, third-party scripts and fontsNot used.Nothing to keep.

Because the lookup form sends the number in the web address, the number you type ends up in the log entry. Please avoid typing a number you would not want in a server log. You can swap the last four digits for any others and still see the area code facts.

Cookies and similar technologies

There are none. The contact form uses a short-lived token to stop automated abuse, which is part of the page and not a tracking cookie. If your browser or an extension adds its own storage, that is outside our control.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not pass your messages to anyone else. We may disclose information if a valid legal obligation requires it, or to protect the site from abuse. Our hosting provider necessarily handles the traffic that reaches the server, under its own terms.

Links to other sites

The guides link to outside sources such as the FTC, the FCC, donotcall.gov and phone makers' support pages. Once you leave RoboReport, that site's own privacy practices apply. We do not control them and receive no information from them about you.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us a message, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA and CPRA)

If you live in California you can ask to know what personal information a business collects about you, ask for it to be deleted, ask for it to be corrected, and opt out of its sale or sharing. What we hold is limited to log entries for about a week and any message you send us. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we do not treat anyone differently for making a request.

To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you used to write to us and say what you want. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. Log entries older than the rotation period no longer exist, and entries still in the logs are hard to tie to a person without more information from you. This notice repeats in the Do Not Sell or Share statement.

Security and changes

We keep the amount of data small on purpose, because data that does not exist cannot leak. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise nothing will ever go wrong. If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top, and say so plainly.

Questions, corrections and privacy requests go to [email protected] or through the contact page. The terms of use and the about page explain who runs the site and how it works.
