Terms of Use

Updated

Last updated: 2026-10-06. These are the terms for using RoboReport at autodialreportnow.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Each provision has a number so that you can refer to it if we ever need to talk about one.

  1. Purpose. RoboReport gives general information about robocalls, autodialed calls and unknown callers on US phones, and a small lookup that reads an area code and shows region, cities and time zone. It is for personal, informational use. It does not identify callers, and it does not provide legal, financial or security advice.
  2. No harassment, stalking or tracking. You agree not to use the site, or anything you learn from it, to harass, stalk, threaten, track or locate any person, or to carry out any unlawful activity. The lookup shows where an area code was issued. It does not show where a person is, and you must not present it as if it did.
  3. Fair use of the site. You agree not to overload the site, probe it for weaknesses, scrape it at a rate that harms other visitors, or send false or abusive messages through the contact form.
  4. No guarantee of accuracy. We work to keep the guides correct and note the date of each update, but we do not guarantee that anything here is complete, current or free of errors. Phone menus change, carriers change their services, and rules change. Area code data can lag behind new assignments. A lookup result does not tell you whether a call is safe, and the lookup does not identify owners, carriers, line types or reputations.
  5. Not legal advice. The guides are general information. Whether a particular call is lawful depends on facts we do not know and rules that have exceptions. For advice about a specific situation, contact a qualified lawyer, or the FTC or FCC, which take complaints from consumers.
  6. Outside links. We link to outside sources such as government sites and phone makers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. A link is not an endorsement beyond the page we cite, and we have no affiliation with any carrier, agency or phone maker.
  7. Our content. The text, design and drawings on RoboReport belong to us or are used with permission. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Please do not copy whole guides or republish the site. If you send us a message, you let us read it and reply, and nothing more.
  8. No warranties. The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or remove parts of the site at any time.
  9. Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, RoboReport and its editor are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss that comes from using or relying on the site. If a court finds us liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is zero because the site is free. Some places do not allow certain limits, so part of this provision may not apply to you.
  10. Privacy. The privacy policy describes how we handle data. In short, the site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and keeps server logs for about a week.
  11. Changes. We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
  12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the courts that have jurisdiction under those laws.
  13. Contact. Questions about these terms can go to [email protected] or through the contact page. The disclaimer and the about page add context.
